Doula Services, Childbirth Education Birth/Labor, Postpartum President of Professional Doulas of Charleston Cindi Schweitzer (MCPCD) (Madriella Professional Certified Doula) has always taken pride in her nurturing personality. She completed certifications for birth and postpartum doula services through Madriella. Education is very important to her. Cindi works to support birthing families with evidence-based information. She thinks that informed decisions result in a fulfilling birth. Additionally, Cindi has training from TheVBAClink and Rebozo (uses for pregnancy & labor). As a mother of three she not only draws from her education, but also from her own personal experiences. Regardless of the birth each family chooses, Cindi hopes that every family she serves feels encouraged, embraced and educated. She provides support to families choosing natural or medicated childbirth in hospital, at home as wells as planned cesarean sections.
