BIRTH/LABOR DOULAS: support you through pregnancy with prenatal visits; through labor and delivery with physical touch and comfort, emotional support with words of encouragement and support of your choices; and immediately after delivery with comfort, feeding questions, etc.
POSTPARTUM DOULAS: support families in this adjustment into their life with a new baby. Postpartum Doulas help with many things in the house to help you learn about you in your role as a parent.
